The webinar recordings

As part of work package 2, 6 webinars were organized in the 6 partner countries and for about thirty participants each. Here are the recordings:

France

The webinar “AI and Education”, presented by Khalid Kanouf on October 16, 2025, introduced participants to the foundations and challenges of artificial intelligence in the educational field. It explored how AI works through language models that simulate understanding without truly possessing it, inviting reflection on the notion of truth when machines appear coherent but can be wrong. The session emphasized the ethical and social dimensions of AI, showing how cultural and gender biases embedded in data may reproduce inequalities. Participants were encouraged to teach vigilance, diversity, and critical thinking.

Practical uses of AI in learning were illustrated, such as adapting content, simplifying language, providing personalized feedback, and fostering learner autonomy. A case study showed that while AI can assist differentiation, the teacher must remain in control. The issue of algorithmic plagiarism was discussed, highlighting the need to evaluate learning processes rather than only results. Ethical principles—transparency, responsibility, equity, and confidentiality—were presented as essential to guide AI use in education.

The webinar also offered hands-on demonstrations and practical tips on prompt design, stressing the importance of clear instructions and contextualization. It concluded with a vision of “augmented pedagogy,” where the teacher becomes a cognitive conductor, the student a co-creator, and AI a mediating tool. Participants were invited to continue learning and collaborating through Erasmus+ training opportunities and future exchanges within the BridgeAI community.

On October 18, 2025, at 8:00 p.m., an online Artificial Intelligence Webinar was organized within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “BridgeAI: Transforming Education, Embracing Diversity” (2024-1-SE01-KA220-SCH-000243601), in which our school is one of the partners. About 50 students attended the webinar.
The webinar was conducted by our teachers and AI experts Serap SARI and Mehmet MISIRLI. The event attracted great interest from both teachers and parents.
During the event, participants were first informed about the aims, objectives, and international mobility activities of the BridgeAI project. Then, the speakers discussed how artificial intelligence technologies can be used in education, how teachers can integrate these tools into their lessons, and the potential benefits for students, supported by detailed examples.
The speakers highlighted the ways in which AI can personalize learning, support teachers, and contribute to special education. They also shared information about the ongoing activities and future plans within the project.
At the end of the webinar, participants asked questions about the role of AI in education, leading to an interactive and productive session.

This webinar, “AI, Inclusion and Civic Engagement,” led by Nadia Alharbiti, from Paradisskolan, Trollhättan in Sweden and Tomas Alebro, AI expert Science Centre in Trollhättan, Sweden, introduces educators, guardians and other professionals, to the practical and inclusive use of artificial intelligence in schools. The session explores how AI can support multilingual learners through translation and simplification, reduce teacher workload with planning and documentation support, and promote safe and ethical use of digital tools.

Participants were guided through the basics of how AI works, why critical thinking is essential, and how to address issues such as bias, fairness, and academic integrity. A key focus of the webinar is helping students become co-creators of their learning—using AI to brainstorm ideas, structure assignments, and build confidence in problem-solving.

The webinar also highlights AI’s potential for strengthening inclusion and equal opportunities, especially for newly arrived students or those needing differentiated support. Practical classroom examples and prompting strategies were demonstrated, along with the student-created BridgeAI film, which encourages discussions about diversity, belonging, and digital literacy.

Overall, the session presents AI as a powerful tool that enhances teaching, supports student learning, and fosters a more collaborative and future-oriented classroom environment.
